Ibis #10 penthouse includes 3,000 square feet of living space. It has partial views of the ocean from the great room and grand deck in the dry season as well as the estuary, wetlands, and mountains from the bedrooms. Each bedroom is a suite with its own full bath. The large and beautifully equipped kitchen is complete with a Bosch dual fuel range and all Bosch appliances. Air conditioning is provided by a 2-zone Trane system. The large and separate laundry room has a full-sized Whirlpool Duet washer and dryer.
This home overlooks the spectacular Langosta Beach Club. You will have full membership privileges during your stay in our home. It features a beautiful infinity-edge pool overlooking the most family-friendly beach in the area. The club also has a new French Restaurant, Pool and Ocean Side Bar, Private Cabanas, Service on the Beach, Complete Fitness Center and Exercise classes.
Our home features some of the highest quality construction found anywhere. The entire home is concrete and steel with no drywall. The floors are a beautiful travertine limestone. Even the baseboards are travertine. All of the ceilings are hand sanded and rubbed teak. The walls are covered with Venetian stucco instead of paint for an old-world look and feel of quality. All of the cabinetry is custom-crafted teak as well as the doors, woodwork, window and door surrounds.
The master sound system has speakers in each room where the volume can be individually controlled. The ceiling in the great room, bedrooms and grand deck are all vaulted. The grand deck has sections for living, dining and lounging as well as a spa. $50,000 in upgrades added December 2018

Our luxury condo is located in an exclusive, small, gated building consisting of only ten units on three floors just across the street from the world famous Tamarindo Beach and Langosta Beach Club. Our home is within the 600 acre Tamarindo nature conservancy and estuary. Howler monkeys can be heard and often seen from both the condo and Beach Club. The Pacific Ocean is only one minute away, just across the street in front of the Beach Club.
Tamarindo has long been a surfing destination as well as a center of eco-tourism. We now have an endless number of outdoor activities available in an area that has over 75 restaurants. You can enjoy everything from the local cuisine to truly fine dining. Our home is a 7-10 minute walk to the village center and you can comfortably walk to more than 40 of the 60 local restaurants. The building is close enough to town center to be very convenient but far enough away to avoid the noise and congestion.
There is so much to do for the enthusiast including world class fishing, surfing, zip lining, diving, jungle boat rides, turtle watching, sailing, volcano tours, white water rafting, horseback riding, golf, tennis, hiking and just relaxing.
We offer any service that you could want including pre-arrival grocery shopping for late arrivals, in home cooking from simple to gourmet, baby-sitting and additional maid service. Our property manager’s concierge can arrange all of your activities starting with airport shuttle or car rental for your arrival.
