Ibis #9 - Penthouse

Our 3,000 square Ibis 9 Penthouse sits on the third floor of the Ibis at the Beach condominium. This is a 10 unit boutique condo at the heart of Tamarindo Preserve. It is located across the street from the Langosta Beach Club at which you will have full membership privileges during your stay. The club is built on the nicest beach in the area and includes an infinity edge pool overlooking the warm Pacific, a full gym, exercise and treatment area, private cabanas, a tropical French restaurant, pool and ocean side bar.

The home is a study in excellence and attention to detail. You will immediately be struck by the travertine limestone floors and vaulted solid teak ceilings. The wrap around deck is accessed by 4 sets of pocket doors with the same floor and ceiling as the inside. Casablanca fans keep the deck comfortable and allow you to enjoy the year around indoor/outdoor lifestyle of Costa Rica's Gold coast. The deck has a full living area, lounging area, dining area, Vermont Casting gas grill with prep sink and even a spa.

There are 3 master bedroom suites in Ibis 9 that each have their own full baths. Two of them have their own outside sitting areas. They look out at hundreds of acres of a nature conservancy. There is another half bath off of the great room. The kitchen features high-end stainless appliances and a wide selection of kitchenware from Williams Sonoma. The air conditioning is 2-zone Trane central air.

You will be just far enough away from the center of Tamarindo to escape the noise and congestion but only an 8-minute walk on the road or beach. It is a comfortable walk to over 40 of our more than 65 restaurants. The list of available activities in the area is almost endless and include surfing, sailing, snorkeling, diving, sunset cruises, sport fishing, horseback riding, canopy (zip line) tours, hiking, bike tours, quad (ATV) tours and many, many more include my favorite which is just kicking back and enjoying Pura Vida (The good life) 

There is so much to do for the enthusiast including world-class fishing, surfing, zip-lining, diving, jungle boat rides, turtle watching, sailing, volcano tours, white water rafting, horseback riding, golf, tennis, hiking and just relaxing.

We offer any service that you could want including pre-arrival grocery shopping for late arrivals, in-home cooking from simple to gourmet, baby-sitting and additional maid service. Our property manager's concierge can arrange all of your activities starting with the airport shuttle or car rental for your arrival.
